The house can sleep 8 people and a further 4 people can be accommodated in apartments that are available for separate rental or bed & breakfast. The rental apartments both sleep 2 people with their own en suite bathrooms and cooking facilities. So there is an option to accommodate 12 people in total, each with its own ensuite facilities, making for stress-free shared family holidays.
The rental properties are inland from Marinella and Lerice on the coast, both of which are about 20 mins drive away.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
- Il Chiosi (House only): Sleeps 8 and is priced from 1750 to 2500 euros per week.
- 2 apartments: Each apartment sleeps 2 and is priced from 450 - 600 euros per week.
- Both apartments: Together sleep 4-5 and are priced from 650 - 800 euros per week.
- House and apartments: The entire complex sleeps 8-12 and is priced from 2250 - 3000 euros per week
The old farmhouse (Il Chiosi) accommodation
Il Chiosi, is situated in the village of Montale, just 2 mins drive from Crespiano, with shop, restaurant and Post Office. The house has 4 double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite facilities and a TV, Internet access and mini bar.
The kitchen has been fitted and equipped to a very high specification, and leads to a large dining area. Outside, the large garden is ideal for sunbathing, with mature trees providing shade for those who prefer to be out of the sun.
The 2 rental apartments
These two rental apartments are adjacent to IL Chiosi farmhouse and are available for rental separately or together for extra large family groups. The apartments can sleep 2 people and have their own ensuite bathroom facilities, kitchenette, TV, Internet point and mini bar.
Each apartment has a double sofa bed, a small table and a kitchenette, with 2 rings, fridge and sink. There is an outside seating and eating area, and a BBQ (barbecue), all situated in a communal courtyard. The local river is just a short walk from the accomodation.
One of the apartments also has a sleeping area for a child, situated above the main accomodation.
Bed & Breakfast
The two apartments are both available on a bed and breakfast (B&B) basis for nightly rentals.
RURAL TUSCANY LOCATION
Ample off road parking, and good access to nearby village of Crespiano, with shop and highly recommended restaurant, Galetti. The town of Aulla is just 15 mins. drive with supermarkets, clothes shops and a Saturday market. The village of Comano, up the hill, 10 mins has a hotel with its own pool, where the owner, Umberto allows our guests to bathe, provided they patronise the restaurant or pizzeria

Lazio-Tuscany-Umbria border:
- Valentano (4+1, in rural woodland but with good access to shops and amenities. Beach within 30mins. Lake within 5 mins. Easy access to Florence, Orvieto, Assisi, Rome etc. Good wines too)
- Montalto (sleeps 4 on the sea front-literally. Easy access to all central Italy. Beach and fabulous views!!!)
