The apartment Bella Vista has been recently restructured and refurnished - a self catering apartment in a beautiful Palazzo in the very heart of ancient rome. The apartment is spacious and light. Called "Bella Vista" because of the lovely view over Rome's roof-tops and onto a typical Roman church cupola. The self catering apartment has a sitting room, two bed rooms with private bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Sofas in the sitting room provide two extra beds.

Nestling in a small square in the heart of Renaissance
Rome on the remains of the ancient city, the 16th century palazzo was originally
built for the noble family Alibrandi. The 18th century additions and subsequent
renovation over the centuries have but added to the splendour.
For four generations the building has belonged to the family now offering their unusually attractive bed & breakfast rooms and selfcatering apartments for discerning visitors to Rome.
Their major concern is maintaining their same traditionally high standards and ensuring the well-being of their guests and visitors of Rome. Great attention is paid to detail : antique furnishings and quality décor alongside modern amenities as well as the friendly but discreet service, make this private dwelling a very special selfcatering apartment in Rome.

Apartment Prices 2008
Prices per night in Euro. Including linen, utilities, cleaning, air conditioning.
Minimum 2 nights. August minimum 1 week: initial cleaning only: 15% reduction
UP TO FOUR PEOPLE: 275.00 = 35 DEPOSIT + 240 ON ARRIVAL
FIVE OR SIX PEOPLE: 295.00 = 35 DEPOSIT + 260 ON ARRIVAL
- Private parking space may be possible and by prior arrangement only.
- The apartments are self-catering and breakfast is not included in the price.
- However, breakfast is available on request the previous day for the following morning. The cost is E.7.50 per head per day.
- In the month of August only the initial cleaning is provided in the self-catering apartments and the double rooms. Daily cleaning (not Sundays, Christmas day or New Year’s Day) is available only from September to July. There is no washing machine in the apartments although there is a coin-operated launderette nearby.
- Casa Banzo is a private, self-catering, residence and although there is cleaning staff there is no hotel service such as porter or room service, telephone or fax (although if you ask kindly beforehand something MIGHT be arranged).
