A wonderful house in Aigina island surrounded by pistachio trees, ideal for families and couples who want to enjoy a super relaxing time. House is equally close to the town and the beaches, easy accessible and very quiet at the same time, equiped with 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, air-conditioning and satelite tv. Aigina is an island that offers a number of options, from small to large organised beaches, boat trips, restaurants, sightseeing and nightlife.
VILLA FOR RENT
The rental house is just 400 meters from the nearest seaside and 5 kilometers from the nearest organised beach, with large garden fireplace, fully equiped, with cleaning service, ideal for families.
The house has two floors (one ground floor with two levels and one loft master bedroom with fireplace, master bathroom and a private veranda with sea view). The ground floor has a living room with fireplace, and a higher level which is the kitchen and dining room.
The house, though just 5 minutes drive from the port of Aigina is located in a very quiet spot,with few houses around, surrounded by a large piece of land with a garden and pistachio trees. Although the ground level does not have a clear sea view, the top floor does, with wonderful view of Agistri and Methana.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (4 bedrooms - Sleeps 8)
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with showers.
On the top floor, there is a loft master bedroom with a queen sized bed with fireplace and private bathroom. In total the house can accomodate 8-9 people.
AEGINA (AIGINA) TOURIST INFORMATION
Aigina, though just a 40 minute boat ride from Athens (Piraeus port, offers a full island experience, ideal for families, with easy accessible beaches and small coves,plus a wide selection of restaurants and shops. For those interested in further exploring the island, the Monasteries and the temple of Afaia are ideal for sightseeing. Aigina also has a very vibrant nightlife, from cosy bars to nightclubs, all of them located in the center of the town, away from residencies with families, but also very close (just a 10 min car ride from the house) to those who want to enjoy a quiet drink.
