This 2,100 sq.ft. four bedroom, two bathroom pool home has all the features you'd expect for your home away from home in sunny Florida. Tastefully decorated in typical Floridian style, all linen, towels, bedding, etc. are provided and with full air-conditioning, an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout, we're sure your stay in Florida will be comfortable here.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Dine in comfort or relax in one of the spacious lounge areas. This is the dining area viewed from the first lounge with one of the entrances through to the large kitchen and breakfast nook to the right of the picture. The foyer and entrance door to the villa are to the left.
Family room
Here is the fully screened private pool with large pool-deck and quality patio furniture (pool heating available). Our management company, who are based only a few miles away from the home, are ready to provide you with a superb guest service and will inspect and make ready the property before you arrive. Access to the villa is via an electronic combination lock on the front door so there is no need to have to collect or drop off keys from the property management office. The updated code for your particular rental will be given to you with your booking confirmation and in case the electronic lock fails, there's also a lock-box by the front door containing a 'real' key using the same access code.
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a 19” cable TV, VCR, walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space, wooden dresser, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a portable telephone and a radio alarm clock. The window looks out onto the spacious and extended pool deck and also has a pool safety alarm fitted in case small children climb out un-noticed to the swimming pool. As you can see, there is classic wooden furniture throughout the villa and to the left of the top picture above is the entrance to the upgraded Master Bathroom with Roman tub, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit, WC. The Roman tub is the last word in comfort when it comes to bath time. This ensuite bathroom has a separate door that leads out directly on to the pool deck and is protected by a pool alarm for the safety of small children. Very useful if you wish to use the bathroom after coming out of the pool.
Bedroom 2
Double bed, with large closet, two bedside tables with lamps, a radio alarm clock and a cabinet. Matching wooden furniture and a window overlooking the lawn to the side of the property.
Bedroom 3
This is a spacious twin-bedded room with large closet, bedside table and chest of drawers. The window overlooks the lawn to the side of the property. The family bathroom is just down the hall from here between this room and the other twin-bedded room. Have a look at the floor plan to get a better idea of the layout further down this page. There is a bedside lamp and a radio alarm clock and there is further hanging space in the hall closet just outside the door.
Bedroom 4
Another of the twin-bedded rooms which overlooks the lawn in the front garden. It has ample drawer space and there's also a large closet in this room. The family bathroom is just down the hall between the two twin-bedded rooms. A beside lamp and radio alarm clock complete this room. Just outside the door is the linen closet where you'll find plenty of towels.
Family bathroom
Family size bathroom incorporating a full length bath, shower, sink and toilet. All towels are included and there's extra closet space just outside the bathroom where the extra towels, linen, etc. are stored. This family bathroom is situated in a hallway off the foyer and between the two twin-bedded rooms. Here's where you'll normally find the hair dryer so you won't need to bring a travel one unless you really want to.
Kitchen
This is a fully equipped kitchen including a clear view of the deck and shallow end of the pool through the alarmed patio door. Quality 'Maytag' appliances include dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, full oven and range, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, breakfast nook with table and four chairs, iron and ironing board, etc. All cutlery, glasses, un-breakables for the pool deck, etc. are provided. There's a separate washer and dryer housed in the double garage which is behind the door you see in the photograph. There is a telephone in here, so if you are bringing a laptop computer with you, dial-up internet access to a toll-free number is available from Resort Services Central Florida. Toll-free speed-dial #51 from the phone to have them set up a temporary account for you.
As mentioned in the sections above, the patio door from the Family Room / TV lounge leads onto the fully screened, pool and deck area which includes plenty of patio furniture and lighting if you wish to sit around the pool at night. An underwater light is installed in the pool so you can swim at night and this is shown in the photograph above. The pool depth ranges from around 2'6" to about 5' with steps at the shallow end and a curved seat in the deep end. The pool deck was extended as part of the construction for maximum sunbathing comfort. Pool heating is an optional extra but is recommended between the months of October and April when it's cooler in Florida and this is available at a charge of £70 / $110 US per week. It's advisable to request this when you book if you want it as it takes about 24 hours for the pool to heat up properly. Normally, we'll switch it on a day before you arrive and turn it off on the day before you leave.

Florida Pines is one of the newer communities in Polk County, just off US Highway 27 between the 192 and I-4 but don't worry, there is no construction going on around the villa! It was all completed in 2003 so it is nice and quiet there. You're surrounded by all the facilities and amenities you could want to have a great vacation here. On Hwy 27 N just before the 192 is a bank and a liquor store and there are shops, supermarkets, golf, etc. just a few minutes drive away. Once you're on the 192 itself heading east towards Disney, there are literally hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants for you to choose from the fast food outlets to fine dining.

Here are just a few of them but if you're seriously into your golf then checkout Greg Norman's 'Champion's Gate' 36-hole golf course which is literally eight minutes from the villa, Highlands Reserve, 5 minutes drive or try one of my favourites, Swiss Fairways up at Clermont.
